Canceling An Appointment

At Holistic Primary Care & Behavioral Health, we value every patient's time and well-being. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Your courtesy helps us continue providing compassionate, timely care and allows us to offer that appointment to another patient in need.

• 24+ Hours' Notice: No fee; we will gladly help you reschedule.

• No-Show Appointments: Patients who miss their appointment without notice may be subject to a no-show fee.

No-Show Fee

Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not notify our office may be charged a $45 no-show fee.

Late Arrivals:

To ensure timely care for all patients, please arrive on time for your appointment. Patients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at the provider's discretion in certain circumstances.

Our goal is to provide timely care to all patients. Advance notice allows us to offer appointment times to other patients who may be waiting for care.
